What are the age and license requirements for renting a motorcycle?
You must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid motorcycle-specific driving license.

You can book directly via WhatsApp or through email, please be aware that our shop is only open upon appointment.

Each rental day provides 24 hours of motorcycle use, starting from the pick-up time.
A fee will be charged for each additional hour beyond the agreed return time, depending on the motorcycle.
No refunds are offered for voluntary early returns.
Yes, delivery services is included for Medellín, Envigado, Sabaneta and Itagui, with additional fees depending on the location outside of the City.
Yes, all rentals come with at least one helmet and one reflective vest.
Pico y Placa restricts the use of every type of vehiclee during at least one day per week. Generally the pico y placa starts at 5am until 8pm. Using the motorcycle during restricted times may see you faced with additional charges or even the police immobilizing your vehicle. The Pico y Placa only applies within city limits.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, to confirm your booking we require a 10% non-refundable prepayment.
Yes, a deposit is required when picking up your motorbike. You can pay via credit card, cash, or PayPal.
Payment can be made via credit card, cash, or PayPal. A 5% administrative fee applies to card payments.
Fuel, washing, and partial damage costs are not included in the rental fee. Additionally, fines for traffic violations will be your responsibility.

What do I if I had an accident or my bike broke down?

Yes, medical care for the driver and passenger, theft insurance and traffic accident insurance are all included in the rental fee.

An accident can be very stressful, please contact us ASAP so that we can help you out.

Be aware that even though you are insured for any major accidents, a deductible applies and in some cases repairs can be covered for a value below the deductible’s amount and therefore having the motorbike repaired by us separately might cost less than the actual deductible.
